Ezio Molli, the head of the family, and his wife Mariangela, have worked together for many years. Their family is made up of three sons, both of whom, Marcello and Giuliano, have managed the family business for many years now, demonstrating great competence and passion.
The youngest of the family, Virginia, also began to lend her support.
Ezio began working in the field of gastronomy in 1970, dedicating his entire life to this work, acquiring great experience and becoming a successful hotelier throughout the lake, managing numerous hotels and restaurants.
He has made many friends with customers from all over the world who regularly return to visit him.
Ezio managed to pass on all his experience to his children, with his eldest son Marcello dedicating himself to cooking, demonstrating talent and passion, becoming Executive Chef, while his second son Giuliano took full management of the business together with his father.
